The saga of waiting for my DD.ca delivery seems to be neverending, but thanks to NHW I am on my way with my first load day today! Yeah for painless injections and feeling like I am finally getting a chance to start making a difference in my health.

I just discovered your blog -- and yes, waiting for the hcg to arrive is by far the hardest part of it all! I'm so glad you found a way to just get started.
As far as exercise, I'm pretty athletic, but didn't do a lick of it while on P2. It's actually recommended to not do anything to strenuous.
As far as subclinical hypothyroid -- you know the the rates have changed again, making more of us officially hypothyroid. Many docs aren't current in their knowledge, and even subclinical cases have responded well to treatment with Armour Thyroid. I have official hypo thyroid, and have continued taking my armour medication daily. Just a thought.

Hey hon I am also with NHW and I enjoy the service. I am just now catching up on blogs...I have been out of town for a while. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and I look forward to reading about your progress.
But yea I am like Biz...what about your other shipment of HCG? Did you decide to go with someone else?
